Shea has been involved in group fitness since she was 16, when her mom taught Jazzercise and step aerobics! She brought that love of fitness into adulthood, where she was a personal trainer for 24 hour fitness. In 2014 she became certified with Les Mills RPM, and soon after became certified in POP Pilates. She decided to grow her passion, obtaining an AFFA group fitness certification, developing her own Pilates Fusion program, teaching boot camps, and most recently became certified in Barre Above. Shea thinks fitness should be fun and accessible for all! During the week she is a real estate appraiser, and loves to spend her free time with her husband and cats; or snowshoeing, paddleboarding, kayaking, and hiking. Her mom is her biggest motivation, who is still teaching spin and aerobics at 70 years young. Sometimes they even get to team teach together!
