Kayla Lean has adored and practiced vinyasa flow since 2012. In 2014, Kayla fell deeper into her yoga practice in search of better health after getting diagnosed with celiac disease. Yoga is not only a joy to her, but a means of healing and regaining her strength. Her love of yoga only grew when she began to practice a type of yoga called Buti Yoga. This dynamic, primal and empowering practice changed her life in more ways than one.

Buti yoga is a mix of power yoga, cardio, tribal dance and core strengthening. Her body changed rapidly just by practicing 3-4 days a week. She was ecstatic about the practice, the results it gave her and the supportive tribe of women she connected with online that came with it. In September 2016, She received her Buti Yoga certification at the Georgia Dance Conservatory in Atlanta. In addition to her love of Buti yoga, Kayla enjoys baking, writing, creating art and living a holistic lifestyle. She loves a life of abundance, passion and creativity.
