I started learning yoga from my step mother when I was 13, during my homeschooling adventure in Tanzania, and never stopped my studies into physical health and fitness. An avid biker through my teens & twenties, I didn't drive a car until age 30! Now I actually love driving, and my bike is currently rusting in my back yard... But I still love yoga, and stretching, and strength training. I start every morning by taking a long walk with my partner. I drink green smoothies and homeschool my two awesome boys. I write, read, relax as much as I can, and look forward to getting to know you!
