My Yoga Experience:
I stepped into my first yoga class in 2012 out of curiosity. I did not know anything about yoga and much less about hot yoga. Not only has yoga helped me with my anxiety, it also improved my mental focus and physical strength. In 2014 I got my-200 hour Yoga Teacher Training Certificate. Doing yoga helps me with life’s daily challenges and pushes me towards becoming a better person every day. These last years of practicing yoga gave me the opportunity of becoming an instructor, something that I would never considered doing before.

Leading classes:
First and foremost I will always do my best while teaching and will do anything to improve my skills. I also strive to encourage my students to not only practice yoga consistently, but to make a habit of it. It would help them grow their devotion to yoga and their own practice. I want my classes to help them find their inner beauty, grow stronger, healthier, and better prepare themselves for new challenges in life.
