I have been practicing hot yoga for two years. Hot yoga has helped keep my body healthy and flexible and helped me recover from a knee injury. During my practice, I’ve discovered that yoga has enabled me to learn how to calm myself, even in stressful environments. I am certified in WaterArt exercise and have been teaching water aerobics for six years. Instructing others on improving their physical fitness is what I am passionate about and love to do.
When I'm not in the hot room or in the pool, you can find me painting or practicing jewelry design. I love to travel with family and friends as I find it is the best way to discover more about yourself as well the world and all its wonders.
