Hot Feet Fitness Körper Stretch is an enjoyable, low intensity, full body stretch in a studio that is about 90 degrees with 35% - 40% humidity. It is most closely characterized as a self-massage. Hot Feet Fitness X21 Workout is a high intensity 21 minute body weight work out in a studio that is about 90 degrees with 35% - 40% humidity. The heat is helpful in allowing the body to work deeper into each exercise safely, minimizing risk of injury by increasing elasticity of the muscles, ligaments and tendons, allowing greater flexibility with a lower risk of injury. Hot Feet Fitness Kids Yoga classes at Hot Feet provide a fun environment where children use games, songs and stories to explore yoga. Caregivers are asked to attend classes for all children. Class is non heated and typically runs 25-30 minutes per age group.
