Movement, sweat, community, inspiration. Hot Feet was created to be a place where people can come and link arms with their local community to push each other forward towards better health. Not just by taking classes, but by learning how to properly care for our total wellness. Wellness comes not only from breaking a sweat but also by focusing in on what we fuel our bodies with; this can be in the form of food, meditation, or time out in nature.
