Serena is a compassionate and refreshing teacher known for challenging and encouraging her students in all environments. Serena’s passion lies within helping find balance and peace in the body and space we inhabit. With beautiful playlists created for each class based on breath, pace and emotion of the posture, you may hear glimpses of old rock to the soothing sounds of Liquid Mind. “Yoga is self study, one which you will never know all answers, always learning, always being a work in progress.” She will describe intent VS sensation all with relation to breath and body awareness. You can find her teaching Vinyasa, Hatha, Yoga Nidra and Yin.
